This butter is rich in Omega 9 monounsaturated fatty acids, stearic acid and palmitic acid (saturated fatty acids), polyphenols, theobromine, caffeine, vitamin E and phytosterols. Cocoa butter is obtained from the cocoa beans, which are contained in the pods growing on cocoa trees.
